Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes teach more than just martial arts — they help children build focus, confidence, and respect while learning real self-defence skills. Classes are structured, engaging, and tailored to suit every child’s age and experience level.
At Roar MMA, our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program combines discipline, fun, and fitness to help children develop skills that go far beyond the mats. Each class is designed to improve focus, coordination, and self-control through structured drills and teamwork.
Kids learn the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu — including takedowns, escapes, and positional control — in a safe, supervised environment. Our coaches keep classes engaging and encouraging, using age-appropriate teaching methods that make learning both challenging and fun.
Beyond technique, Jiu-Jitsu helps children gain confidence, resilience, and respect for others. They’ll build friendships, learn to stay calm under pressure, and discover the value of perseverance. Whether your child wants to compete or simply build life skills, they’ll find the perfect balance of structure and enjoyment at Roar MMA.
Our Kids BJJ coaches are patient, experienced, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and have fun while developing real martial arts skills.
