Our classes welcome all levels and all ages, from the casual enthusiast to the avid competitor. Get ready to sweat, work hard and enjoy the many benefits that Muay Thai has to offer.
At Roar MMA, our Muay Thai program is built on solid fundamentals — proper stance, striking technique, and movement — combined with modern coaching that makes training accessible and rewarding for everyone.
Each class blends pad work, bag drills, and partner exercises that improve timing, footwork, and accuracy while building endurance and confidence. You’ll learn how to control distance, set up combinations, and apply effective offence and defence under the guidance of experienced coaches who’ve trained and fought at high levels.
We focus on real technique, not just fitness. Whether your goal is to get fitter, learn self-defence, or prepare for competition, you’ll develop clean, powerful strikes and a deeper understanding of Muay Thai’s rhythm and strategy.
Our classes are open to all experience levels — from beginners throwing their first jab to fighters looking to refine their timing and composure.
Each of our coaches has real fight experience and a passion for teaching, helping students build skill, confidence, and understanding of Muay Thai.
