Kyle Skiba

Our Freestyle Wrestling classes teach takedowns, control, and technique — both standing and on the ground. You’ll develop the balance, timing, and conditioning that make wrestling one of the most effective and respected grappling arts in the world.
Our Freestyle Wrestling program focuses on building strong fundamentals through smart technique, control, and consistent movement.
After a comprehensive warmup, each class covers essential techniques such as level changes, shots, and setups, as well as ground control through par terre, gut wrenches, and turns.
Students learn to generate power from proper positioning and movement — not just strength — while improving their ability to control and transition between phases of a match. Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or looking to refine your competitive edge, our sessions are designed to build skill, speed, and confidence.
Training includes structured drills, partner work, and live rounds.
As a highly skilled wrestler and dedicated coach, Kyle combines technical expertise with a hands-on teaching style that brings out the best in every student.
