Our Kids Boxing classes are designed to build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a safe and supportive environment. Each session focuses on fun, fitness, and learning the fundamentals of boxing — helping kids stay active, focused, and proud of their progress.
Boxing is an incredible way for kids to build strength, focus, and self-belief — and at Roar MMA, we make sure they learn the right way from day one. Our Kids Boxing program focuses on proper technique, movement, and discipline through age-appropriate drills that keep training fun and engaging.
Children learn how to punch safely, use correct stance and footwork, and develop coordination through partner work and pad drills. Beyond physical fitness, boxing helps kids improve concentration, self-control, and respect for others — key skills that carry into everyday life.
Our experienced coaches create a positive, ego-free atmosphere where every child is encouraged to try their best and celebrate their progress. Whether your child is full of energy, needs a confidence boost, or just loves to stay active, they’ll find a great fit in our Kids Boxing program.
From first-time boxers to young competitors, our team knows how to keep kids engaged, active, and building skills for life.
