I started training Muay Thai and Freestyle Martial Arts at the age of 15. At 16, I had my first Muay Thai fight. When I turned 23, I started training MMA/Submission Grappling/Freestyle Wrestling, before starting Gi/No Gi BJJ at 26.
A year later, I began to compete in MMA. From the age of 29, as a BJJ Purple Belt, I started coaching. Finally, at age 36, I earned my BJJ Black Belt under Robert Drysdale/Jamie Morrison.

- Gold/Bronze absolute divisions Pan Pacifics (white)
- Triple Gold/Silver Aus Cup (white)
- Gold State Titles (blue)
- Double Silver State Titles (purple)
- WKA Australian Heavyweight MMA Title
- Rise MMA Light Heavyweight Amateur Title
- Competed Internationally MMA and Australia MMA/Muay Thai (4-1 Thai Boxing, 5-1 MMA)
