Absolutely. Our coaches have all been battle tested through Boxing, Muay Thai or MMA and can coach you through every part of your training, camp and fight.
No, you don’t. Our classes are designed to help you improve your fitness level gradually. With consistent training, you’ll see significant improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Remember, everyone starts at their own pace, and our trainers will support you every step of the way.
For our boxing classes, we recommend bringing hand wraps, boxing gloves, and a mouthguard for your safety and protection. If you don’t have your own equipment, don’t worry – we can provide gloves and wraps for you to use during the class.
Absolutely! Our boxing classes are designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, including beginners. Our trainers will guide you through the fundamentals, teaching proper techniques and gradually increasing the intensity as you progress.
Boxing classes can be as serious or as easy going as you choose.
The workouts can incorporate styles of circuit training, incorporating total-body exercises such as jump rope, squats, pads, push-ups, heavy bag and much more!
You can choose whether you want to box for fitness or spar with opponents, all in a very controlled and safe manner.
