Our Kids Muay Thai classes teach confidence, coordination, and self-discipline through fun, safe, and engaging sessions. Each class introduces striking techniques, movement, and teamwork — helping kids stay active, focused, and motivated.
At Roar MMA, our Kids Muay Thai program introduces children to the art of Thai boxing in a friendly, supportive environment. Classes focus on learning proper technique and movement while improving balance, coordination, and focus.
Kids start with the basics — stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees, and defence — before moving into light partner drills and combinations. Safety always comes first, and all sessions are supervised by experienced coaches who make training both educational and enjoyable.
Beyond the physical benefits, Muay Thai helps kids develop respect, patience, and resilience. They learn to stay calm under pressure, work hard toward goals, and carry a sense of confidence that reaches beyond the mats.
Led by experienced Muay Thai instructors, our team knows how to make training safe, fun, and motivating for young athletes of all levels.

As a parent, you may be concerned that your child learning Muay Thai may provide them the means to be a bully, but it’s actually quite the opposite. They will learn to be humble and respectful, whilst making some great friends along the way.
Our kids classes are aimed at kids aged 6-11. This is a guideline though more than a hard rule. Teens are welcome to jump into the adult class.
