Hi my name is Tim and I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2007 as an in-person and online coach.

I got into the fitness industry after playing competitive sport and being involved in martial arts as a kid. I was always fascinated with how the human body works and how we can get it to perform better. My passion for the science of the human body led me into studying nutrition and achieving my post graduate diploma in performance nutrition.

I love passing on the knowledge that I’ve gained to my clients to help them look and perform their best while gaining an understanding of all the working parts to ensure long term success.

I have helped clients with fat loss, gaining muscle, sports performance, safe weight cutting for sport, and strength/conditioning.
