I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years with experience in Group Classes, Personal Training and Online Programming.

I became a Personal Trainer to help others feel comfortable in the gym, learn how to train correctly and improve their mental health with a regular routine. All things I struggled with when I first started.

Training changed my life and I believe that even through minimal commitment it can be beneficial for every single person.
