Hey, I’m Charley, my journey into coaching began through my own weight-loss journey and involvement in competitive sport. Along the way, I quickly learned that real progress comes from training with purpose, not just chasing aesthetics.

After working in group fitness and Strength & Conditioning, I saw a gap in the way coaching was being delivered. That’s what led me to create SSAE Coaching, built around two core programs.

Strength and Sculpt helps everyday people lose body fat, build strength, and feel confident through sustainable, intelligent training.

Athlete Edge is a sport-specific Strength & Conditioning program designed to build performance, resilience, and strength that transfers directly to sport.

My coaching focuses on smart programming, long-term progress, and building strength for life, not just for the gym.
